  • The total package cost is $400. Additional support can be added as needed at $60/hr.

Birth Doula Package

  • Prenatal visits consist of birth plan/goal development, provider selection (if not yet chosen), emotional support, advocacy skill development, labor technique practice, pain management strategizing, mock labor, postpartum preparation, breastfeeding and newborn education, home birth kit prep/hospital packing lists, resource referrals, and unlimited text/phone support from hire onward.

    Prenatal visits are 90 minutes each

  • In this comprehensive interactive education, we will cover how labor begins, the stages of labor, hormones of labor, common interventions, changes in your anatomy, movements of the baby, the importance of breathing in labor, medical and non-medical pain relief, deciphering contraction patterns, nutrition during labor, advocacy in labor, hospital protocol, placental birth, routine newborn procedures, and more!

    This class is about 2 hours

  • This includes on-call coverage from 37 weeks onward, virtual support throughout early labor signs, in-person labor support from whenever you need me often beginning at home, positional guidance, non-medical pain management support (hands-on counterpressure & massage, aromatherapy, heat/cold therapy, hydrotherapy, movement, etc), progression strategizing and labor options support, practical logistical support, emotional support for mom and dad, photos and videos if desired, 1-2 hours of post-birth support baby bonding and breastfeeding initiation.

  • Typically the first week after birth, this visit focuses on birth debriefing, breastfeeding support, and recovery guidance. I am also available for practical tasks and home keeping during this visit.

    This visit is 90 minutes

    Extended postpartum support can be added onto this package at hourly rate if needed.

  • The total package cost is $3,600. If you are outside of my 1 hour radius, travel fees may be incurred.

Husband Bootcamp

  • We will cover everything from stages of labor, hormones of labor, common augmentations and interventions, movements of the uterus and the baby, breathing in labor, medical and non-medical pain relief, contractions 101, ways labor can begin, eating and drinking during labor, advocacy in labor, hospital protocol, placental birth, routine newborn procedures, and more!

    This class is about 2.5 hours
